Students have led the way in increasing LGBTQ visibility at Tech, with such efforts as the recent \u201cIt Gets Better\u201d video and last year\u2019s campaign in Technique. These student actions are inspiring, and faculty and staff have our own distinct concerns. LGBTQ faculty \u0026amp; staff and allies would like to complement and enrich the community building efforts at Tech.
