The talk will indicate why.\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EThis seminar is co-sponsored with the School of Civil Engineering.\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EBio:\u003C\/strong\u003E\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EDr. Michael D. Meyer is the Frederick R.
