At the same time, it unveiled the need for novel technologies to analyze organelles within the cell. Such techniques would greatly advance our understanding on the roles of sucellular heterogeneity and organization in health, disease and aging. This presentation describes our current work aiming at developing and applying bioanalytical technologies to analyze and purify organelles.
