He has extensive experience in\nformulating public\/private partnerships for companies that have business issues\nwith the government sector and governments that are interested in privatization\nor outsourcing governmental tasks.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\n\n\n\u003Cp\u003EIn addition, Mr. Labovitz has\nworked in the area of land use and has been instrumental in working with\ngovernments and developers to create tax incentives for large development\nprojects.
